Our matcha is grown in Uji, south of Kyoto, where the climate and mineral-rich soil create ideal conditions for cultivating matcha. The matcha sourced from this region is known for its rich umami and minimal bitterness. We carefully select each tea in our collection, working closely with small farms to ensure quality and balance. The result is an authentic, approachable matcha experience for both newcomers and seasoned drinkers.
