This matcha comes in a foil pouch sealed inside an airtight container with a screw cap. The matcha can be poured directly from the container for easy access. For optimal freshness, store in the refrigerator and consume within 2 months of opening.

I’ve been using hojicha as a substitute for coffee to ease my caffeine dependence. Its rich, toasty flavor is wonderfully satisfying, and I’ve truly enjoyed making hojicha lattes at home. I’ll certainly be purchasing it again soon.
