Shipping Policy & Returns
We are a Canada-based company and currently ship across Canada, with the exception of Nunavut, Northwest Territories, and Yukon.
United States: on hold. The U.S. ended duty-free de minimis entry for packages at or under USD $800 on August 29, 2025. Low-value parcels now face duties, taxes, and new customs steps. We plan to open U.S. shipping in the future once costs and compliance are set. Join our list for updates.
We offer free shipping for orders over $85 CAD. For orders under $85, a flat rate shipping cost of $10 will be added to your order.
We try to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before your order is handed off to a trusted carrier.
After your order has shipped, delivery times are:
- Ontario: 1–3 business days
- Outside Ontario: 4–8 business days
For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any food products once they have left our care. This policy ensures the integrity and safety of everything we ship
This applies to all of our teas, including matcha and hojicha. Orders that are opened or used are not eligible for return.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@dozoteaclub.com within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the product and packaging. Once reviewed, we will work with you on a solution, which may include a refund or replacement.
Orders reported without photo evidence will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
