Matcha Latte

1. Set your kettle to between 70-80°C, or make sure your water is hot, but not boiling.

2. Measure out 2 grams of matcha into a sieve placed over a matcha bowl.Sift the matcha through a sieve.

3. Pour in 50ml of hot water directly into the bowl and begin whisking back and forth in a “W” motion using a bamboo whisk.

4. In a separate cup, pour in between 100-120ml of your desired milk or non-dairy alternative. Pour in the matcha. Matcha lattes can be enjoyed hot, or over ice.

Hojicha Latte

1. Set your kettle to between 70-80°C, or make sure your water is hot, but not boiling.

2. Use a tea scoop or scale to measure out 4 grams (approx. 5 tea scoops) of hojicha powder into a sieve placed over a matcha bowl. Sift the hojicha powder through the sieve.

3. Pour in 50ml of hot water directly into the bowl and begin whisking back and forth in a “W” motion using a bamboo whisk.

4. In a separate cup, pour in between 100-120ml of your preferred milk or non-dairy alternative. Pour in the hojicha. Hojicha lattes can be enjoyed hot, or over ice. If desired, add a sweetener of your choice to enhance the flavor.
