PREMIUM MATCHA | 40g
ORIGIN
Uji Reserve is our highest-grade matcha sourced from a tea farm located in Uji, Kyoto, a revered tea growing region in Japan. We chose this matcha due to its well rounded flavour, low bitter profile, and delicate sweetness. The leaves are carefully hand-picked, ensuring only the most tender leaves are selected and eventually stone-ground into a fine powder.
They are shade-grown under a “tana” canopy for several weeks before the spring harvest. Uji Reserve consists exclusively of first-flush leaves from that season.
TASTING NOTES
The matcha has a medium bodied mouthfeel, silky texture, and a smooth umami finish.

This is truly a high quality matcha! Bright green, bold and very creamy. The matcha flavour comes through well in lattes and find myself putting less compared to my other matcha, which is always a bonus
I’ve tried a lot of matcha powders and this one ranks as one of my new favourites. super fragrant, bright green, and bold. I’ll definitely be repurchasing!
The Uji Reserve has a vibrant green color and a sweet umami-rich flavor. Matcha of this quality is rare, and I really enjoy making café-level lattes with it at home.
